Use this form to request a call from a Roses in the Ocean Peer CARE Companion.

Peer CARE Companion Warmline is a suicide prevention ‘warmline’ call-back service which has been created by Roses in the Ocean to provide a safe place for people with a lived experience of suicide to connect with others with a similar lived experience of suicide – our Peer CARE Companions.

Once your request has been received, a Peer CARE Companion will connect with you within 48 hours by calling the phone number you list. Please include any accessibility or availability information you want us to know in the final question.
